Team Worker
A Team Worker is the mediator of the team. They are the glue that holds the individuals in the team. They are good listeners and diplomats, good as resolving issues and smoothing confrontations. You can easily notice their absence as the teams starts to argue and small but important things cease to happen.
Team Worker may be unwilling to take sides which may slow their decision-making process.
