Acting as analyst of the team, a monitor evaluator is the logical observer who can detach from bias and monitors all available options with the greatest clarity. In analysis they take everything into account and since they are not inherently biased, almost always comes to the right decision. On the other hand, they can be too serious which can damp enthusiasm. 

• Positive qualities: greatlogical analyser, non-biased view, can get to right solutions quickly as they have no agenda, prudent, critical thinker.
• Negative qualities: emotionless, takes enthusiasm out of anything that does not have a logical ground, hard to inspire themselves or others, may seem cold
