Consider all of your colleagues and managers that you work with closely. Identify the two most important needs for each person and formulate what you should do in your role to satisfy their needs or at least contribute to it. If you can help them to satisfy their much sought after needs, you may easily establish rapport with them and end up as a major node in their Trust Network.
