Empathy

As we become more self-ware, not only we become good at understanding how we feel, but we also better in understanding how others feel. When two people understand each other and operate on the same wavelength, they have effectively established rapport. They both have an understanding of each other’s emotions. Those who are good at understanding people are usually more social since they find it easy to establish connections with others and others feel comfortable to be with them. As a result, empathy and knowing how to establish rapport with people is a critical skill that cannot be underestimated and you should actively spend time to become better at it throughout your life.
