You can use this option to remove duplicates from your database.  It allows you to pick which columns it must look for duplicates in.  Just beware – before using this option make sure you have a backup.  Once it has deleted the duplicates, you cannot retrieve them.  (Tip: you can use the Conditional Formatting option to highlight duplicates and then manual check them and delete.  See later.)
