You can add shapes e.g. circles, squares etc. into your document.  You can add text to the shapes.

SMARTART

SmartArt allows you to use graphical list and process diagrams in your document.  The most popular feature here would be the organogram.  It is important to note that it is a basic organogram and cannot get too complicated!
