Designing a document
(Design Ribbon)
If you use Styles when creating your document, you will be able to make use of the Design Ribbon. The Design Ribbon has set styles that you can apply to your document, or you can create your own and save it for further use.
By using Styles, whatever Design you select will be applied to the entire document. You can choose the formatting, colors, and fonts that you want to use. You will not have to go through your document and apply formatting on your own. Huge time saver!
