If you do not have a Recording Ribbon in PowerPoint, you can add it by going through the Options menu and adding it to the Ribbon.  Adding this ribbon will allow you to:

• Do screen recordings
• Create your own videos
• Edit videos

Please note that the Recording Option is in later versions of PowerPoint
