Quick Steps

Quick steps is one of the most underused sections in Outlook.  In most workshops, delegates admit to seeing there (some have not even noticed it) and have no clue what it does.  You can set steps that you repeat all the time in Quick Steps so that it can be carried out in one click.  For example: forward to a colleague, send to the printer, file in a folder etc.  It can do more than one step at a time.  Great time saver and way to keep your inbox clean.
