You began work at the Blake & Naidoo Conveyancers five months ago. You have found working with the company records challenging as you provide support for six conveyancers. The company has no standardised procedures for filing records. Each conveyancer and administrative assistant has his or her own system for handling records. There is a central file managed by another administrative assistant. The alphabetical storage method is used for these files, which are often duplicates of files kept by the managers.
