The OPSA Professional Designation Online Programme is for the administrative/office professionals who wants to achieve a professional designation.

The programme is run over 8 modules.  Each module has an assignment that is to be submitted each week towards building a Portfolio of Evidence .  On completion of the 8 modules, the Portfolio of Evidence will be assessed by a registered assessor. When found to be competent, you receive your OPSA professional designation and professional membership.

The programme is aimed at refreshing/updating your communication skills, organisational skills, creativity, problem solving and decision-making skills and much more.
